Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Mandatory Unboxing Video Required

All damage or wrong-product claims must be supported by an uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package and shipping label. Claims without a valid video will not be accepted. Report within 24 hours of delivery.

At Be Diva by Shaina, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of fashion and apparel products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

All products sold on Be Diva by Shaina are subject to a No Return and No Exchange Policy, except in cases where the customer receives a damaged product or a wrong product different from the item ordered.

No returns or exchanges shall be accepted for:

  • Size issues or fit-related concerns
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Change of mind or personal preferences
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any claim regarding a damaged or incorrect product, customers must:

  • Record a clear and continuous video while opening the package
  • The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label and packaging condition
  • The video must clearly display the issue being reported

No claim for damage, missing items, tampered packaging, or incorrect products shall be entertained without a valid unboxing video. Photographs alone may not be sufficient.

3. Reporting a Claim

Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers may contact us through:

Claims received after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Claim Review Process

Upon receipt of the claim, Be Diva by Shaina reserves the right to request additional photographs or videos, conduct an internal verification process, and approve or reject the claim at its sole discretion based on available evidence. The decision of Be Diva by Shaina regarding claim eligibility shall be final.

5. Refund Process

If a claim is approved:

  • The customer may be asked to return the product
  • Refunds shall be initiated only after the product is received and inspected by our team
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or by any other method determined by Be Diva by Shaina. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway partners.

6. Non-Eligible Claims

Refunds or replacements shall not be provided if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Tags or original packaging have been removed
  • No valid unboxing video is provided
  • The claim is raised after 24 hours from delivery
  • The issue relates to customer preference, sizing, or fit

7. Cancellation of Orders

Orders once placed may not be cancelled after dispatch. Requests for cancellation before dispatch may be considered at the sole discretion of Be Diva by Shaina.
